Hello, I'm Gladys Yumet, Ph.D. and I'm thrilled to welcome you to the enchanting world of yoga therapy.
Since I started teaching yoga in 2016, my aim has always been to create a space that feels like a warm embrace – a haven where everyone, regardless of experience, can explore the incredible journey of yoga. Each class is thoughtfully designed to be a sanctuary of warmth, safety, and inspiration.
I am an E-500 RYT and an Optimal State Yoga Therapist Level 3, studying in the Krishnamacharya tradition.
In my therapeutic sessions and group classes I help individuals to reconnect to themselves by guiding them through deep self-awareness practices, involving movement, breath and attention regulation.
My goal is to provide individuals with a safe and supportive environment that allows for deep self-exploration, and to give them tools for self-regulation that they can access whenever they need them.
My purpose is to help women fully tap into their internal resources, so they can feel empowered to make choices that allow them to live a fulfilling and sustainable life.
